The Creasy home is a single-story build finished in gray vertical metal siding under a black metal roof, set on open country land. Out back, a large covered patio is framed in heavy stained timber posts, beams and a king-post truss under a tall gable, with recessed lights in the dark ceiling and a wide concrete slab for outdoor living.

Inside, the open great room rises to a vaulted ceiling crossed by stained wood beams, with a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace and a linear fireplace insert. The kitchen pairs natural maple cabinets with black granite, a green glass tile backsplash, a black range hood and a large island. Knotty pine arched doors, a mudroom bench with hooks, a walk-in pantry and roomy walk-in closets carry through the house, and the primary bath has a wood-look tile shower with a pebble floor, a double vanity and a freestanding tub under a window facing the fields.
